Business contacts
We contact firms, not members of the public. To do that we hold business contact details of people who work at law firms and debt solution providers: name, job title, work email address, the firm's name and website, and public professional profile links.
We collect these from the firm's own website, public directories and listings, and business email-finding services. We use them only to contact the firm about working with us, and we keep a record of our messages and replies.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: contacting businesses about services relevant to their work. We share these details only with the service providers that help us run our email (for example our email host and sending tool), who act on our instructions.
Opting out
Reply "no thanks" to any email from us, or email ashwin@frontlinecases.com, and we will stop. We keep your email address and firm's web address on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again.
How long we keep data
We delete business contact details we no longer need for contacting a firm. Suppression list entries are kept for as long as we send email, so that an opt-out is respected.
This website
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, by emailing ashwin@frontlinecases.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
